Furthermore, if I participated in physical volunteer activities (including sorting shipments, heavy packing, or local facility coordination), I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Emmanuel Mercy Mission, its board of directors, officers, and coordinators from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from bodily injury, property damage, or accidents sustained during volunteer service. I voluntarily agree to this liability waiver and assume all operational risks associated with volunteering in the field.

Corporate Notice: Voluntary financial sponsorships to aid our general fund are provided on an entirely separate basis by independent family business networks—including NV Transport Inc., NV Diesel Service, and Big Truck Wash—whenever possible. No assets or commercial logistics are shared.
